I love love this board. So far since being on the EFI diet I have eaten out at Olive Garden and Outback. I have found both of them to be extremely accomodating and I haven't gotten sick at either place ) It helped that I knew exactly what to ask for and to order, thanks! Next I'd like to try Bertuccis. I tried to search to see old conversations about it but all I found was a recipe for Rigatoni, Broccoli and Chicken in a white wine sauce. Does this mean I can have that at Bertuccis or was that adapted for us to make? (I'd probably pick out the broccoli though)
Has anyone eatten at Bertuccis safely? What can I eat? I was thinking of getting plain pasta with chicken and tomato sauce on the side. Would that be safe?
