unusual symptoms?

Does anyone ever get hot flashes and have a little trouble breathing during an attack, and afterwards I am just so nauseated and exshausted. Does anyone else share these same symptoms?

It sounds like a panic attack coupled with an attack. I get panic attacks when I feel my symptoms flaring up. I can't breathe and my chest hurts. I get sweaty and have hot flashes. It usually only lasts until my IBS attack is subsiding. Counting helps redirect your brain or deep breathing,try changing your train of thought sometimes it helps sometimes not so much...very frustrating...hope this helps.

I get hot flashes quite often during an attack. And then get nauseated. My co-workers joke that I am going through menopause cause I blast the air to help. (I'm only 22 though)
I just drink cold water and try to get by a/c. that always seems to help
