Flora Q 2 has twice the probiotic strain as Flora Q. I've had D for the past two days (I haven't had that in quite a while) and my system feels like it's been attacked. I can find no other reason for this. I was doing well with Flora Q and thought more would be even better. Can you take too much of a probiotic? I have not seen any clinically investigations on the Flora Q probiotic products. However, most probiotic vendors including FloraQ says that you may experience a temporary increase in GI symptoms including gas and bloating. Go back to the regular strength for a few days. When things settle down try the Flora Q2 again. Yes, I had an increase in gas and bloating when I started Flora Q, but it was nothing like what I'm experiencing with the Flora Q2.
