Abdominal cramps

Hi,
For the first time, I have had abdominal cramps almost the whole day. What can I take to help with this? I was thinking of Tylenol.
I just ordered Heather's Pepperment capsules. I can't wait to get them. I will do something about this pain!

Peppermint tea is the first thing that comes to mind. Do you have any Levsin tabs? Sorry I can't be more help.

The only thing that helps me is a hot water bottle and hot baths....It doesn't make them go away, totally, but makes them barable to deal with.

For me sometimes ibuprofen helps. Like Jordy suggested I also use the hot water bottle when I can.

I agree that Levsin tabs can be of some help with cramping. A heating pad can also help. One thing I've found is that if I lie down, the cramps get worse. I try to stay upright and if possible go for a walk after eating. This seems to help.
