Thanks for all the ideas. Everyone seems to eat a much more interesting lunch than I do. I'm going to bookmark this thread and go back to it for inspiration.

Whats for dinner tonight last night we had Erilyn's phillys stuffed in to french bread with roasted red pot fries and green beans & cookies and milk for dessert. It was all very good! (ecxpect for the green beans had them for the 4 time this week ) The night before we had chicken stew with pumpkin cornbread muffins!Hubby really like this and so did I plan on making it again real soon.Thought about having tuna or chicken salad but didn't know what sf or if to go with it. Any thoughts? Just was wondering what everyone else is having tonight. Thanks have a good weekend!

Chicken and Artichokes - and Joe's cooking - yay!.

Last night we had Little Minnie's Chicken Paprikash over noodles rather than potatoes.

Both these dishes are yummy!
