So I've been searching for a quick but yummy breakfast food-i get tired of cereal and oatmeal sometimes and i saw malt-o-meal in the breakfast aisle but noticed it had farina wheat as the main ingredient. the definition is down below. Is farina wheat safe enough to have for breakfast?? Does anyone know??

Farina: Flour or meal (of grain or starchy roots.) Also sold as Cream of Wheat, farina is made from the endosperm of the grain, which is milled to a fine granular consistency and then sifted. Although the bran and most of the germ are removed, this cereal is sometimes enriched with B vitamins and iron. Farina is most often served as a breakfast cereal, but can also be cooked like polenta.

As long as you aren't gluten intolerant. Others eat this and are fine. You can always try it. I would if I were you!
