Some soy is okay, some isn't

I have been keeping a food journal to track what is causing me problems. I can eat Boca Burgers, Luna bars and soy cheese without problems. However, soy milk and Tofutti Cuties cause me pain. Anyone have any insight into this?

Hmm, I'm the opposite. I can have a little soy milk or some tofu, but anything with concentrated soy protein (like Boca Burgers and Luna Bars) give me problems. However, my issues are due more to migraines than IBS.

I don't know what the explanation is, but Tofutti Cuties used to bother me a bit, too. Strangely enough, I'm okay with their "ice creams." I'm okay with soy cheeses and milks. I think I was okay with Boca burgers; it's been ages since I've had one.

I wonder if it's the ways the soy is processed for a specific product that gives us problems sometimes? Just a thought.

I don't get it either. I am fine with the vast majority of soy products, but Yves Veggie Cuisine hot dogs seem to bother me. I am fine with their veggie burgers and "Chick'n burgers".
