I went to a seminar the other night and they mentioned that there are supplements out there made of all the dark green leafy vegetables minced up and dried that you can eat by adding to foods/smoothies, etc.
Has anyone heard of this?
Could it possibly be an easy way for us to get the really healthy vegetables into our system?
I'd love to hear your thoughts!
