I have heard a few of you guys mention Udo's Choice, and I was just doing some research on it,and there are so many different kinds. I was looking at Digestive Enzyme Blend and Perfected Oil Blend. Has anyone tried either one of these and how did they work. I am not really sure what to ask about the product but I have just heard good things about it, and wanted to see if any you recommended it. Oh and the Perfected Oil Blend is supposed to be good for your skin, does anyone know this to be true??

I'm going to finish out this month of the Digestive Advantage and then try this Udo's Choice. I know, I'm contradicting myself....the first 2 weeks were great but now I don't know, I had an attack the other night and I feel all gassy inside again  ....I'll finish it and then try this stuff out! Thanks for the input! How long have you been taking it?
