I have had IBS for over 30 years and it is getting worse. I have an appointment with a nutritionist next week for help. She has IBS clients and assures me she can help me. I just found this website and have found a lot of useful info. Couldn't find anything on citrus fruits.

Likewise! I can have a segment or two of an orange, but that is all. Even orange juice kills my tum. I miss it! I used to drink it all the time, until 2 years ago when my IBS flared and I had to cut out all of the cheats and go back to the BTC diet.
