who here can have dairy?
i've only eaten or drank dairy when i am eating or drinking other foods that i should not have, so i do not know if i can or cannot have it.
I have tested negative for both lactose intoleranec and milk allergy.
MY MAIN QUESTION: IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LACTOSE INTOLERANCE AND LACTOSE MALABSORPTION?
