cream of rice ?

ok i think im being thick here but what is cream of rice ? how do i make it what with and how ? lol sorry but i have searched but i cant find anything

I think it may be popular in Spanish cultures. They sell it here in the groceries along side oatmeal and cream of wheat. However, when I was back east visiting the stores there did not have it. It is easier on my tummy than oatmeal and I can't do cream of wheat yet at all. Hope you find it.

It's similar to cream of wheat, but made from rice. If you can't find it in the cereal aisle, check the baby food aisle!

I can't eat anything that's too enriched, like baby cereals. They have way too much iron (which can constipate). Wish there could be more cereals that didn't have all the added stuff in them.

You can find pure cream of rice at whole foods or a HFS.
