I had posted a few weeks ago that my urgency and volume was much better after taking Acacia after a long layoff. I was much better for a few weeks. Now I'm noticing the urgency and increased bathroom trips in the morning before getting out of the house. It doesn't matter how long I'm up, it always seems to happen a few minutes before needing to leave the house. However, it was much better for a little while. Presently I take a tsp of Acacia before bedtime and 2 tsp upon arising. Because I'm back to having my symptoms, do you think I should increase the Acacia intake? Is my body used to this amount and needs more to stabilize?

I must admit I did a dumb thing Sunday night and had cheeseless pizza when I went out to dinner (not bad) but then ate tiramasu sp? for dessert. I know, an IBS nightmare. I am paying for that yesterday and today but have been careful since.

Do you think I should increase the Acacia and by how much?
Thanks!
Sandy

It sounds like you may need to increase the Acacia until you stabilize, but gradually. I have worked up to 1 tbsp in the AM and 1 tbsp in the evening. That seems to have helped me
