Anyone take omega 3 fatty acid supplements? Do you think they help any or make things worse because they are oil?

I've been thinking about taking them on the advice of a chiropractor who thinks I have "leaky gut" syndrome. But I have been afraid to because they are oil.

I just try to eat salmon twice a week. Just two servings a week gives you all the Omega fatty acids you need!

Taking 12g of Acacia per day. Relatively stable since March 2008!
