Bloating after Immodium?

I had a major stomach attack yesterday thanks to eating chinese food - rice and vegetables - I figure it was the MSG that did it. I had to take two small immodium to stop the pain and D. Today my tummy hurts, like cramps, and I feel bloated. Does anybody else have this happen to them after Immodium?

I have the same reaction after imodium. I try so hard first not to eat anything that triggers and then if I do trigger to weather it without imodium but if I can't just relax at home I have no choice. Imodium does the trick but I have the same achy bloated feeling the next day and it takes a day of very solid IBS good diet and rest and exercise to get over it. I've had to swear off all but the very most expensive Asian restaurants because I can't trust the ingredients. One close to my office serves a steamed veggie and chicken plate with steamed rice and it gets me even with no sauce! (and it doesn't taste good at all).
