I, too, have heard a lot of positives about Apple Cider Vinegar. I've done some reading about it's health benefits by simply searching on Google for things like..."apple cider vinegar", "apple cider vinegar and diarrhea", "health benefits of apple cider vinegar", etc. I've also tried taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar before meals, and I do believe it helps some. I'm sure it would help more if I'd stick to it. Do a search...there's some very interesting reading out there. I'm all for natural remedies for anything.

It's actually a very healthy drink-extremely good for throats, colds and chills and flus aswell as respiratory ailments.
I have a small amount with hot water and a teaspoon or two of good organic honey. Delicious and nutritious and good for your tummy with lots of yummy honey lol
