Is there an IBS D sample diet I can try and follow incl. snacks?

Hi I am just starting out on all this and the coffee/chocolate/dairy thing I think is where I really come unstuck.

I think I am mostly IBS-D or possibly IBS A as sometimes it varies. I don't always get really watery diarrhea but sometimes it's like half and half.

There isn't a different diet for IBS-C, IBS-D and IBS-A. There are some recommendations about how adjusting your IF to SF ratio may differ. In some instance IBS-C may need more IF than SF. Check the main web page perhaps starting with the FAQ and read Heather's books.
