Porridge, (Oats) gives me harsh stomach cramps and sense of urgency but I've never had it without dairy milk.

Do you find it's ok if you have it with Soy?

I eat it without milk of any kind. Just a sprinkle of brown sugar with some slices of banana.

I make it with soy milk. In fact, I'm having a bowl right now! It's good.
