And usually capsules of this type are pretty soft. But mine are really hard. I have found that this has caused problems sometimes when I have swallowed them as they have got stuck a bit back in the mouth and I think they have actually broken in two pieces, since I got a pretty immediate heartburn afterwards. I also noticed that one capsule was broken in the bottle and the gelatin shell seemed pretty hard and dry. I ordered my Tummy tamers some time during the fall and they have expiration date August -08. /Ulrika Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator     Mine are hard, too.
