Its not great but it works pretty good as a substitute. It only has 21 calories and 1 gm of fat. Let me know if you want the recipe; or you could rent the book from the library. Sadly I haven't been able to try this recipe so I don't know if it is good. I think it is a very decent tasting soy product. Even DH will use it. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
