I was just wondering if Pam, no stick spray, is safe. I was making fish yesterday and ran out of olive oil, and looked at the ingredients on the PAM bottle and it just doesn't seem that it would be good for IBS...I always use olive oil when cooking at school(I'm at my parents for christmas break) so I haven't used pam for a couple years.

Thanks, and Happy New Year to everyone.

Yes, Pam is safe. It's very low in fat considering you are using so much less oil. It's actually the cooking oil of choice for IBSers.
