I checked out IBS recipes and only found 1 recipe for Heather's cheesecake. I mean, what if you make it with tofu cream cheese and lactose free milk (I can tolerate)? Has anyone tried making one before?
I am watching food network channel and I really want some cheesecake. Thanks.

I have been toying with a recipe of soy cream cheese and a little regular lite cream cheese, egg beaters and flavorings. I just think the tofu cheesecakes have little taste- unless made with lots of chocolate.

I soooooo understand and miss my cheesecake. Usually we order one from this yummy italian bakery that makes it fresh everyday for the week before xmas. So I need a yummy recipe alternate since I was just gaze at everyone else eating it.
