Hi I just found this site and it looks good I'm going on the diet its got to be better then the I.B.S it looks good but I drink alot of coffee does anyone know a subsatute for coffee.

Hi Denise!
Welcome! We are a "family" here and try to help one another as much as we can. I buy soy coffee and it's not bad. They have a website @ soyfee.com and you can get different flavors. Give it a look-see and maybe you'll be impressed as I was. Good luck!
