Where to find soy cheeses locally or online?

I would like to make the Chex mix from the Eating with IBS cookbook but I can't find the soy products anywhere. I need the Soy Ranch Dressing, Soy Romano and Soy Parmesan. Any idea where I can find these online or locally (I live in Bellevue, WA)?
Thanks,
Jay

Hey, we're practically neighbours - I'm near Vancouver, BC!
I'm looking for soy products too. If you look up "Vegan Gourmet", I believe they sell their products online. I think Toffuti does as well. But shipping to Canada is probably pretty expensive so I'm going to have to go on a soy cheese hunting trip to all my local grocery stores soon. I know some have a very good selection of dairy replacers, I just never really paid attention before.
Here we go (Vegan Gourmet): http://www.followyourheart.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=fyh&Category_Code=GC
Looks like they have salad dressings, too!
Oh my - on closer inspection I see now that the dressings do have dairy in them. I thought this was an all-vegan site but I guess not. Sorry!

I usually go to Whole Foods for non-dairy stuff. You might check to see if you have one near you, or a similar health food store.

Thanks for the reply.
Its crazy how hard it is to fine this stuff. A lot of the "soy" cheeses have CASEIN (A DRIED SKIM MILK PROTEIN) in them and I'm not sure if that is safe for us or not.

Thanks for the reply.
I checked one of the Whole Foods here and had no luck. There is a bigger store in the area I will try as well. Very frustrating.

I noticed that too!!! I was thinking I would try this brand called "Veggie Slices" that my fav grocery store actually carries, and then I saw that they contained Casein. WTF?? What's the point of making FAKE cheese that still contains REAL dairy????

Heather's diet recommends avoiding ALL dairy, including casein. However, I find that I can eat some things with casein in them (like a rice cheese I tried recently). I don't know if this is common, so if it bothers you then don't eat it!
