I have been off it Acacia for a year now. I want to go back on it, but I don't know how much to start with? Do I go back to my 2 tablespoons a day which I was stable at (1 at breakfast and 1 at dinner)? Or should I start slowly again like I did when I first started with 1/2 a teaspoon 2 times a day. Thanks!

I'd start all over again. After a year, your body probably isn't used to it anymore.

I agree - start out gradually again. Your body has had an entire year to "not get used to it" all over again.

IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
Taking 12g of Acacia per day. Relatively stable since March 2008!
