I miss spicy foods, especially Thai, Russian and Ukrainian. I miss cheese and salami sandwiches, cabbage salad and Russian cakes.

Anything dairy, the occasional steak, and nice frothy coffee drink now and then

Yogurt, kefir, cheese and pretty much dairy in general
yummy deserts that have about 10,000 calories
I don't miss coffee much but sometimes I miss frappuccinos when everyone else gets them at Starbucks
french fries and regular potato chips

All of the above I miss but can live without. What I miss more is flat stomach, no pain/gas, being able to go anywhere for multiple nights without constantly worrying that I will get sick.

I try not to think about it, because it'll only make me depressed. However, even after 12+ years of no dairy, I still have cheese cravings -- but usually these cravings can be satisfied by something salty.

Simply put...FREEDOM!
The freedom to go anywhere anytime without worry. The freedom to not locate the restroom just so I know where it is just in case when I enter someplace. The freedom to eat whatever, when ever. The freedom to go somewhere at a moment's notice without thinking about the possibility of having an attack. The freedom to leave the house early in the morning without having to use the restroom many times.I just miss the FREEDOM!

Ditto that too Zara and BendeeWendee!

Also miss brie and cranberry sandwiches, real pizza, and dairy chocolate... and the occasional cup of coffee when i really need the perk in work.
