what are some safe cereals rom reg grocery store and trader joes?
also some safe foods from traders joes?

I eat these kinds of cereal without problems:
Rice Chex
Cheerios (plain, not honey nut)
Quaker's Oatmeal Squares (brown sugar)
I usually use Rice Chex as a base and then add Cheerios or Oatmeal squares (1:1). That way I increase the SF content.

For me, I can eat without a problem the following:
Hot Cereals
Quaker Oatmeal
Cream of Wheat
Cold Cereals
Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch
I've also had the Brown Sugar Oatmeal Squares.

I just bought Cascadian Farms granola which appears to have no triggers and an acceptable amount of fat per serving. It's delicious!
