PG :What is the name of the enzyme/company that you use?
Kim: What is the name of the probiotic/company that you use?
Thanks so much. I am trying to figure this all out. My diet change seems to be doing well and I am exercising daily (which I previously hated ). I tried the fennel tea and seems to help. Today felt like a setback because I had an episode of C and D while I was running errands

I use SOLARAY brand 'Multidolphilus' for my probiotic. I am sure there are others that work well too. Make sure you buy ones that are refrigerated...not the Wal-mart brand off the shelf. Maybe others can chime in here with their preferences. I also try to stay away from 'excess' refined/processed sugar, yeast and grains when I can. I find those foods affect my tummy. Gives me major D and gas if I over indulge.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I haven't been feeling well and haven't been on the boards lately.
The digestive enzyme product I used was called Quantum-Rx Digest made by a company called Healthline. Their website is: www.healthline.cc. I got these from a woman I was seeing that does meridian stress assesments and recommends supplements according to the results she gets from testing you. I don't know that they really helped or not, and of corse one of my GI docs poo-pooed them, so I quit taking them. But, in light of my recent resurgence of symptoms I'm going to give them a try again. Good luck!
