My daughter is getting married in December, and lately I have had cramping and gas pretty bad, after everything I put in my mouth. I think that I'm so worried about not feeling good for the wedding that I'm sabotaging myself. I am eating only foods on the plan, and taking the soluble fiber. Any suggestions?

Anxiety can definitely cause flare-ups in your IBS symptoms. Try a search on the brain-gut connection. There are several things you could do to try to manage your anxiety in order to alleviate IBS symptoms:
Hypnotherapy (this seems to have the best success rate based on what people on the boards have said)
Heat therapy: relaxing hot showers, heat pads, hot teas
Yoga
Tea: peppermint is good for the cramping, ginger for nausea, fennel for gas, chamomile helps with cramping and also has a natural, calming effect
Anxiety medications: a last resort for most people, but excellent for those who have recurring anxiety problems or disorders or panic attacks.
Try to think of what a happy time the wedding will be and remember that you're not alone in IBS and that there are ways to manage it.
Best wishes and congrats on your daughter's wedding! Keep us updated on how you're doing.
