Has anyone seen anything about this new product called Align? It sounds like it would really help IBS-D ... which is what I have ... what about the active ingredient in it? Will it help?

It looks like it is marketed really good- however I did notice that it contains milk and soy. The only one I have found that is "clean" of triggers is called Flora-Q. It's fish, shellfish, egg, wheat, gluten, milk, preservative and nut Free. Gosh... And it works! I've been taking it at night for the last five months and I can tell when I don't take it. It relieves a lot of bloating and cramping.

Probiotics actually restore your bowel flora and help fix gut problems. Who knows...it may do you some good. I'd give it a try, especially if you have ever taken antibiotics, but don't expect miracles overnight. Takes a while. I swear by them.
