Hi all, I see that sweet potatoes are listed as SF, but they do bother me, even if I eat them after eating a safe food. Should I not be eating the skin? Thanks! Jen IBS-C (lately, usually A)

The skins are high in IF. I cannot eat them at all.

I eat the skin. I wouldn't have dared before I was stable, but I can eat it now.

I luuurve the skin. I figure all the rest of it is nice SF so it's a bit of IF to balance.

I do not eat the skin, actually it looks scarey to me on the potatoe, like it's full of bacteria.....I know it's cooked, but it just looks yucky
