Hi,

I told my accupuncturist about the fact that my most troublesome symptom right now is gas, and she recommended trying a vegetable called daicon (daikon). I believe its also called a Chinese radish. She said it would be good to steam in soup. Anyway, I haven't tried it yet because I'm worried about the IF factor. Anyone else on here have anything good/bad/in between to report about this vegetable? And has it helped with gas or indigestion at all? Thanks, any info would be greatly appreciated!

I tried to find the SF:IF ratio for the diakon radish (I use to love to eat them). Unfortunately I did not find anything. However, I expect that is contains more IF than SF.

Good luck
