The only carb/grain I can eat is white rice. Is this normal and is it a nutritional problem? I like white rice and have no problem with weight, sometimes to thin. I need a lot of carbs because I am a runner and really would like to eat things like wheat and oat but my stomach can not take it. I have been tested for gluten intolerance but it was neagative. So what is the problem. Maybe I was born to be a only-rice- eater. ( I do eat a lot of other things to as veggies, fruits, chicken and fish). Sometimes I eat quinoa but i think it makes me gassy and bloating...
