Yes Subway is safe , I have eaten there several times. Be sure to order the white bread. No oils or mayo-just mustard and no cheese. You can get the veggie delight (be careful with pepper). Also the chicken breast or turkey sub is also safe and yummy. If you are still unsure buy one and eat it at home where you are safe (I often do this). Hope this helps.

the problem with me, it doesn't hit me right away
it doesn't matter where i eat it
i could have to go running off to the bathroom even when i don't eat
but mainly i start to feel my stomach fill with air and then comes the gas..
sometimes its an all day thing
something its after i eat
i woke up this morning and was horribly gassy before i ate anything!
