I'm pretty lucky. I shop at a local chain that has almost everything I need. If I didn't shop at Woodman's, I'd probably shop at Schnuck's, but they're both regional to the midwest. Do you have Kroger out there? Their bigger stores have a decent health food section.

The only thing I can't find locally is good soy cheese. For that, I have to go to Whole Foods. There isn't one in my area, so I just bring a cooler and stock up when I'm near one.

I don't buy much in the way of organic produce, though, because it's so expensive.
