I am trying to "suck it up" re headaches, nausea, and aching lungs (commonly reported side effects) to see if it settles down a bit and to give the drug a chance. It seems to be moving me along, as it were... But boy does it feel toxic! It was approved for use in IBS-C in January 2006.
