I haven't seen any but I use extra-firm or firm tofu when I make a lasagna. It really tastes good. It takes on that texture and flavor.

That sound like a good idea. Does it change the flavor of the lasagna? I would like to make it for fam and friends who dont have ibs but want to be able to eat it myself. Would you mind sending me the recipe.
Thanks for the help!

there is a vegan lasanga by Amy's I think, that uses tofu in place of the cheese and it tastes great! I doubt anyone would even notice.

i have made this spinach tofu lasagna recipe a few times for dinner parties and everyone LOVES it. even the meat/dairy eaters! and its super simple. we eat it for days after, and the leftovers are even more delicious... it mostly uses a tofu blend for the ricotta replacement and you can not tell the difference! good luck.
