Ahoj Zuzko  , yes, I still read here although I've actually been trying to keep myself from coming here too much. I feel like being on here all the time makes me think about my IBS even more. However, I'm also afraid that one day someone would post about a great cure and I could miss it. Vicious circle !

reading keeps me focused on the IBS life. But I keep reading! I guess there just isn't a great cure. EVERYONE seems to be different and it's usually not the same "cure" for everyone.
