I love PB! I eat a brand called Better N' Penut Butter. Its much lower in fat sodium and calories. I have only seen it in a health food store.

I eat peanut butter but only the low fat kind. It's great.

Unfortunately, the soy flour in it bothers me.

okay, weird question, but how do you know it's the soy flour? Is because of other things you've had? I'm curious.

My regular grocery store (Giant) has their own organic "Nature's Promise" brand. They make peanut butter that has nothing else in it. Check the healthy foods aisle at your store or your local HFS.

I'm not big on peanut butter but I love Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch. Is that safe?

Any kind, as long as its creamy. Sometimes I'll have the reduced fat kind, but I don't eat a lot at one time so I'm not too picky about fat content.

I also like Almond Butter.
