Peppermint Softgels

I have been taking the coated Peppermint caps for 10 days, and they are causing indigestion. I can taste and smell peppermint for hours after taking one. I only take a small drink of water with it, and I don't eat for at least one hour. Any suggestions?

I seem to be having the same problem. I'm on day three and about 10 minutes after taking them I have a peppermint taste in my throat and a bit of burning simillar to vic's vaopr rub. It doesn't bother me that much, but I just wonder if that means it gets melted in my stomach instead of where it is supposed to be. Unless it is possible for it to melt further down and still cause this symptons ?

I am on day 6 and the first 4 days of the tummy tammers all i did was burp pepermint...But it seems to have subsided the last few days....My aadvice would be to just stick with it and see how it goes..i would rather taste pepermint than be in pain and running to the restroom every 30 minutes...
