question i would love to get some feedback on:

what soluble fiber supplement do you use, what dosage do you use, how long have you used it, and are you IBS-A, C, or D?

thanks. :-)

I don't use any SF supplements. I have tried them in past but they all gave me bloating and gas. I would like to tried Benefiber with wheat dextrim but it isn't available in Canada. I get all the fiber I need by choosing the foods in my diet carefully.
