This is my second consecutive day, bloat-free!! Day three on the fiber and fennel tea (I've added chamomile, sage, peppermint, oregano and make a huge potful to last all day) and what a difference! I feel soooo much better

I felt so good when I woke up, that I really felt the gripe set in when I had my morning coffee...so it's true, alas
The gripe went away after a cup of fennel tea with fiber mixed in-
almost immediately! I'm sitting here with a FLAT STOMACH!!!
I'm going to rip up my stretchypants!!! All of them!!!
....Maybe I should wait a few days, though, I mean....

so this is day 2 of what exactly?? just tea and fiber? or are you doing the eating bland food for awhile begining of the diet break the cycle thing? i haven't stared that yet.. i am waiting for my fiber to come in the mail

I started the SCD 2 weeks ago (specific carbohydrate diet) , and a gluten-free diet a week before that-and had given up on the whole darn mess-the other diets helped somewhat-I do have gluten and wheat issues-but the pain/bloating didn't stop.
until now. so it's prettymuch gluten/dairy free, and the fiber and tea.
