Hello. I tried a peach smoothie recipe I got from the recipe exchange index. It was great, but today I have gone three times. Could it have been the peaches? Also, I put some crushed tomatoes on my baked potato. Could the tomatoes have contributed also???

Peaches contain a significant amount of sorbitol which is known to cause D even non-IBS individuals.

Both are possible causes. I know a smoothie is typically meant to replace a meal, but if that's all you had at that sitting, it might also have been too much IF for you to eat without a SF cushion.
The high acidity of tomatoes causes D for some of us.

Hey! I also make smoothies for breakfast, sometimes including peach. Whenever I make a fruit smoothie of any kind I also include either a banana or 1/2 cup of mango in the recipe as well as 1 teaspoon of oat bran. Never had a problem. Hope this helps.
