I haven't been on this site in a long time! Life has been so crazy.

Anywho...I found out that my gall bladder doesn't contract as it should. So finding remedies for that. I did find out while looking that Peppermint and Fennel tea are on the list for a good source for the liver.

Anywho...I really do have a question. I am feeling the need to do the yoga (they still think I have IBS despite the gall bladder thing). So I'm going to do yoga. But my question is...has anyone noticed if this helps with dealing with addictions? Such as food addictions, I'm thinking. I have a terrible time trying to rid myself of drinking coca-cola. I know it doesn't help my abodmen area with IBS, but despite trying to quit and telling myself the million reasons it's better not to drink...I'm still drinking it. So, out of curiousity I was wondering if yoga helped with stuff like that.

Curious, what can you do to help this???? Is it not functioning at 100%? Have you thought about removing the Gallbladder?

Are you a C? I heard that a malfunctioning GB can cause C.

I do lean towards C if not taking acacia powder. But I'm pretty regular (most of the time).

I don't wish to take out my gall bladder. I've heard good and bad for taking it out. If it is taken out wrong you can have acid reflux the rest of your life. So I'm trying to eat better...found a book, but it bored me, so I never finished reading it. One thing it had in there was a liver/gall bladder flush. Looks painful, so I haven't done it yet. I need to look at the other method they suggested better. Might be less painful. But it did say that some teas, like peppermint and fennel, were good for this sort of thing. Still looking at food options though.
