I was wondering if anyone knew if a mesquite been was a soluable or insoluable fiber? I ask because they are higher in protein than chicken and I have elimanated meat/fish and was looking for something new to add to my breads. (mesquite bean flour).

Beans are considered Insoluble Fiber. Check out Heather's Cheat Sheet for some more information. Why have you cut out meat and fish from your diet? They're very healthy for you.
