I bought a brand spankin' new smoothie maker yesterday and I was just wondering if any of you dudes know of any good recipes? Cheers

I use soy milk as the base for my smoothies, and usually a banana. Sometimes, I put a squirt of honey in there, too.
For breakfast this morning I made a smoothie from soy milk, a banana, and about three-quarters of a cup of frozen mango. It's also good with some strawberries thrown in.
For something more like a shake, you can put in a little peanut butter (if it's not a trigger for you) with the soy milk and banana and just skip the mango.
Peaches are also good if you don't have mango. For a little different consistency (and a colder smoothie), throw in some ice.

1 frozen banana 1T organic chocolate syrup about 10oz vanilla soy milk yum
