I read about reflexology in a magazine. To relieve c and d you roll a golf ball between your palms in a circular motion. For nausea, roll the ball between the bottoms of the hands. It works because it targets the reflex points that stimulate the digestive area, increasing circulation which helps calms the stomach. For stress, roll the golf ball starting at the heel and apply steady even pressure with the ball along the sole of your foot using a forward motion. Press one spot move forward slightly , press again, and so on.When you reach your toes return to heel area and repeat til you worked entire foot. Switch feet and repeat. For PMS Cup a golf ball in your hand, and roll it across the top part on each foot from side of the ankle to the other. This stimulates the uterus and ovaries, which helps them function normally and brings hormones back into balance.

Every study I have read on refelxology and IBS has shown it does not help IBS. Might feel good though and it can't hurt.
