I've been reading a lot about people having trouble dissolving the acacia fiber powder. I do a simple little cooking trick that works in warm to hot liquads. I don't drink much cold so I haven't done it with cold liquads yet.

Just stir the tea or whatever you have and let the Acacia pour from a spoon as you are stirring. It does help to keep it from clumping up and lets it dissolve faster. I do get a few small bits floating on top but they dissolve pretty soon.

I heat a full cup of water in the microwave for one minute and twenty seconds. I then pour the water over the Acacia (which is in another cup), and I get no clumping at all.

I don't know if this is okay or bad, but I put some acacia fiber in a bottle, add water, and then get it out later for drinking. It's all disolved by then.
