Hi,
I was just wondering if you guys know any safe options at Tim Hortons, cause I always end up there or have people asking me if they can grab me something and always end up getting nothing.
Also, I have tried the soymilk slam smoothie at Booster Juice and it has been absoultely safe for me (not suprising as it is just soymilk, honey, strawberries and bananas). Just wondering if there are any other safe alternatives there? Is sorbet safe?
I was also wondering whether Arrowroot cookies are safe?

I usually get a small turkey breast sandwich on white with lettuce, tomato and mustard. I sometimes take off the tomato if I don't want too much IF. I usually eat it 1/2 at a time. I also get the low-fat blueberry muffin and it has never caused problems.
You can find a detailed nutritional profile online, and look for the lowfat options that don't contain dairy or eggs. Tim Hortons

When I was first doing the btc diet I ate arrowroot cookies...I believe as well that they are included on the safe food list under a snack category. I don't know what I would have done without them.
