Thanks for your advice. Im not sure which IBS I am. My GI doctor hasn't really helped me very much. He just tells me to go online and find out about it. I think I have severe IBS with gastritis also in my stomach. Only cause I have constant diarreah and severe bloating. What do you think?

Sound like you are IBS-D. Have you tried the Break the Cycle diet (BTC)? It is worthwhile trying it for a few days even though it is a bit boring. AND try adding rice, pasta or potatoes, especially cool or reheated, to your lunch and supper meals. Tell us if it made a difference. Good luck
